The Mercedes Benz dealership in West Chester is a beautiful state of the art dealership, and everything you would expect from Mercedes Benz. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. The only reason I did not go 5stars was because of the fact that even though I knew the car I was getting and only needed to test drive it to be sure, which took 20mins; the entire sales process still took 4.5 hrs somehow, and that was with only 3 other customers in the dealership for new sales the entire time I was waiting. So they need to learn to cut at least 2 hrs off that total turnaround time. But beyond that wait time, it was an excellent experience. More
