I purchased an $80k vehicle from West Covina Mercedes. During the negotiations they told me the car only came with one key fob and a key card and that I could program my phone as a key. When I picked up the car they had misplaced the key card and promised me they would mail it out on Monday. After going through all the paperwork I did not see any extended warranty information other than the amount I paid. The salesperson promised to email me all the warranty information asap. As of this writing the salesman is ignoring my calls and the dealership is giving me the runaround. No key card, no warranty paperwork. I also learned the car came from the factory with two key fobs and you need both key fobs to program your phone as a key. The dealership refuses to address this lie during our negotiations. Lie, misrepresentation, ignoring communication, theft of property. Do not visit or use this dealership! More
All too often, I leave the service center only to have an engine light come on. The multi point inspection does not seem to pick up the problem while it is being serviced. On multiple occasions, I have had to return my car for further work. Most recently, I left the service center a third time, only to find that the battery light came on. I had to replace the battery. How was this not detected using your multipoint system. I will not be returning to envision Mercedes-Benz COVINA, anytime soon. I cannot recommend the service done. More
