I honestly assumed that car loaners would be a Mercedes since we spend a lot of money paying for them. Rental process took about 30 minutes. The lady who originally helped me went to go buy fruit that a ve since we spend a lot of money paying for them. Rental process took about 30 minutes. The lady who originally helped me went to go buy fruit that a vendor was selling, so someone else took over. He kept looking around, chatting, and drinking his water. I was on my lunch break assuming because I had an appointment it would go quickly. I ended up being late to a very important meeting. I was also hoping for a courtesy wash since my car was getting a recall fixed for 4 days but I did not get one. Juan however, was very professional and helped me quickly. More

Been having issues with the car since day one. Took it into service very next day and was told the issue was resolved. Driving the car again same issue coming up.
