I visited Penske Mercedes to have a price check on Mercedes GL450. Steven was referred to serve me by their general receptionist/manager. He diligently quoted the best price that I felt "value for money". He HONESTLY helped me to arranged my credit application (I am a US citizen, lived overseas more than 15 years with high income, but inactive credit history in US) and also introduced the other services/packages. Steven also offered other after-sales services, if needed. Steven patiently introduced all features and functions of the vehicle, when I picked up the car. I enjoyed Steven's excellent service. His attitude and the way in handling customer is superb. He made me feel that he is knowledgible, honest, reliable and as a person that I can trust.
