The car we purchased was a Lemon, and the dealership is taking no responsibility on helping us in any way. We’re not even able to receive a loaner while the car is being held by service with no possibility taking no responsibility on helping us in any way. We’re not even able to receive a loaner while the car is being held by service with no possibility of being repaired until June. We had left messages to the sales manager with no return calls. The sales rep who was very kind in sourcing the car from another dealership and delivering it to our residence, however, within the next day, the car became inoperable with a faulty Parktronik system. No resolution has been achieved to date. We had to rent a car from a friend so that my husband can drive to work. This is not the Mercedes experience we had expected when purchasing $175,000 car.
