This was my first time buying from a dealership and easily the worst experience I’ve ever had. The sale felt rushed, forced, and completely unprofessional by Ray. I asked about maintenance packages easily the worst experience I’ve ever had. The sale felt rushed, forced, and completely unprofessional by Ray. I asked about maintenance packages after purchasing a $40,000 vehicle, but it was clear my purchase wasn’t taken seriously, a complete waste of your company’s back-end product and missed commission on his part. I was never brought into finance, except for when he shoved me in their before even showing me the vehicle! I was forced to sign DMV paperwork in the lobby after being rushed to drive the car. Then, while I was almost back to San Diego (a two-hour drive), finance called to say I NEVER signed the contract. Unbelievable. I also received no help learning the features of my vehicle and had to find another sales associate just to connect Mercedes-Me. I upgraded from a 2013 Jetta to a Mercedes GLE. I should have felt excited. Instead, I left feeling anxious and unsatisfied. I would never recommend this dealership and will be warning others about my experience. More
