I had GLK350 for service in march, everytime I went and car was inspected for potential problem, car is 10 years old, they always found something new, never same issues twice, looked like old issues disappeared by itself. I was thinking if I have my car repaired it would last me for a few more years but NO My adviser was Michelle and when I told her my car seat did not vibrate before service, she dismissed it, I could not talk to mechanic but after a month inspecting and checking, told me car is old and shakes, RPM dropped after service bellow 500 and that is why seat shook, when driven seat did not shake... I think price what I was charged for work was a little too expensive, I won't be going back to your service and that is why I gave your service poor rating because service people don't care about elderly customers with a limited income
