Worst experience in this dealership!!! That is not the case at Mercedes of Westwood. I made an inquiry on a car there, was contacted by Stephan Berger, and let me tell you he is the BEST I have ever dealt with. Honest , transparent, straight to the point, tell it like is is{in a very nice way}. He has spent about 5 to 6 hours of his time trying to come up with a car for me, trying option after option until , for now I hope , we fell short. An effort like this should not go unnoticed. I hope that anyone who reads this and has heard anything negative about this place, gives it a shot before buying a car. Beautiful dealership with top of the line cars all around the lot for you to see. A beautiful waiting area with food coffee and water. And a staff that could not have been nicer. Bottom line is Stephan Berger is an outstanding liason for anyone looking for a car. Give him a shot. You will be comfortable from the moment you meet him. Even , for now, I do not have a deal done, I feel that Stephan is diligently working to find a way. And as a customer that's a good feeling knowing someone cares enough to go the extra mile.
