Angelo is a very dedicated, knowledgeable who inspires confidence in me as a cus advisor for many years (even before we bought the current vehicle). It is people like Angelo who will keep me coming back to this dealership (we currently have 2 MB vehicles purchased from MB of White Plains)in the future both for service and sales. Getting a good deal from sales is important but if the service operation is not good, it is unlikely that I would buy another car from this dealer. This is why Angelo Scarnatti is such an important and key person in the continuing dealer/customer relationship. More

He is easy to deal with and more than willing to accomodate my needs and adddress my concerns making a deal acceptable to both of us. I've also found him to be very willing after the cars have been picked up to stay in contact and get back to me in a timely manner whenever my wife or I had any questions or issues with the vehicles. I've even stopped in unannounced to see Thom and had him help me with issues such as synching a new phone to my vehicles blue tooth. It's always done with a smile and a pleasant attitude which will keep me loyal to him and Mercedes of White Plains ,hopefully, for years to come. More
