In to look at purchasing a used truck today. Sat for nearly 2 hours waiting on a trade appraisal. Only to be completely low balled on the trade. They used KBB as their “auto estimator tool” whic Sat for nearly 2 hours waiting on a trade appraisal. Only to be completely low balled on the trade. They used KBB as their “auto estimator tool” which everyone knows is wrong 100% of the time. Will not be going back as the offer was insulting. The true value of the truck on JD power and NADA both gave a more realistic value. Only reason I give a 2 star is the sales associate was super cool. Finance manager. Not impressed as he expressed no knowledge of vehicle mechanics and had no answers for any of the “deductions” they claimed on my vehicle. More
