Called MB Wilmington for first time and Tony took my call. Told me to bring it in as soon as possible - which surprised me, but gave relief!! They replaced the thermostat as needed and returned it promptly to our new home nearby. Subsequently, Tony has provided impeccable routine service for our GLK and GLA.
