Above and beyond service advisor Mr. Anthony Saienni My 2014 S550 had a flat tire on March 5, and managed with the run flat MOT tires, to get to this dealership after the service center closed. I was greeted by the service advisor Anthony Saienni, who brought the car into the garage, placed the car on the lift, and a few of the mechanics that had not lot left for the day, showed me the problem with these tires- the rear left side had completely gone flat, and the other rear one was about to go. Both these tires had separated on the inside. Anthony recommended that I replace all 4 tires, as the front ones were doing the same, and as I live in Laurel, DE, about 95 miles away were not safe to drive. Anthony said be would research other tires that were available, even though the OE Goodyear tires were in stock, could not be put on that day. In a matter of minutes Tony said that the tires I wanted were not available on that size on that car. I opted to put the OE Goodyear's back on the car, which was scheduled for installation, the next morning. I was given a loaner car to get home that night, and he called me at 7:30 the next morning to let me know that it was scheduled for tire installation, and a 4 wheel aliment, and that the car would be ready by noon. At 10:30, he called me again to tell me that the tires were installed and were waiting for the alignment machine to be free. I arrived at the dealership, and met with Anthony, and showed me the progress so far. Within an hour, I was out the door on my way home within the time he told me the job would be completed. I feel that Anthony went way beyond the normal service advisors duties with several telephone calls to me to keep me apprised of the progress on the car. It was greatly appreciated. I have never dealt with this dealership as I live on the other end of the state of Delaware, but were they closer to me, I would deal with them often. Mr. Saienni is a huge asset to this dealership, and to the Mercedes Benz brand. He is what should be expected by the Mercedes Benz family. Steven G. Reese More
Was well received as a walk-in to have a headlight replaced. Was told 45 minutes and that was just about the time it took. Price was right about what I anticipated. Called MB Wilmington for first time and Tony took my call. Told me to bring it in as soon as possible - which surprised me, but gave relief!!
