2009 Sprinter Diesel Chateau Citation We experienced power issues with our Sprinter RV and had it towed to Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington. Our service advisor, Jason, and the technician, Jake We experienced power issues with our Sprinter RV and had it towed to Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington. Our service advisor, Jason, and the technician, Jake, diagnosed and resolved the issue very quickly. Jake spent extra time with us going over specific questions we had and we learned a great deal about the Mercedes engine and transmission. We are extremely pleased with the knowledgeable and personable service provided to us on our first visit to the dealership. Bad service Mercedes Roadside assistance for one is an absolute joke... their shuttle service spans a whopping 10 miles, so if you need to pick up your car you be Mercedes Roadside assistance for one is an absolute joke... their shuttle service spans a whopping 10 miles, so if you need to pick up your car you better get an Uber...not to mention I’ve had my car a year and they were trying to up-charge me over a grand for services. I will NEVER get a Mercedes again..not worth it and neither is this dealer. More
