Wilmington is my preferred service center I have gotten two cars from Fort Washington and two cars from Wilmington. In my 10+ years with MB, I've been serviced at Ft. Washington, Devon and Wi I have gotten two cars from Fort Washington and two cars from Wilmington. In my 10+ years with MB, I've been serviced at Ft. Washington, Devon and Wilmington and by far Wilmington is the best! The concierge is always available even when my schedule is tight. Service is always professional and even times when I have had to sit and wait, the wait was always pleasant. I will never go to another service station. More

Lost my trust Been servicing my vehicles loyally even after moving out of Delaware. Had a full brake job done 12 months and 10,000 miles ago and front rotors are wa Been servicing my vehicles loyally even after moving out of Delaware. Had a full brake job done 12 months and 10,000 miles ago and front rotors are warped . They won’t cover it and want to spend another $500 plus at their cost. Wrote letter to MBUSA VP of customer service and got a call that said they were not covering it and that we must have super heated the brakes and then drove through a puddle Original set lasted 69,000 miles. Same 2 drivers and at 10,000 miles of wear we are told it was our fault and not a defect - ironically I just talked to a business associate who the same line Fed to him by his dealer so this is MB’s fallback statement I’m finished with MB and could afford to buy any car I want which I will be moving on to A true shame More

I had two tires replaced through my tire insurance. The problem I had with Jason Kuczeriawenko in the Service Dept as listed below is he refused to contact the insurance company to verify my information The problem I had with Jason Kuczeriawenko in the Service Dept as listed below is he refused to contact the insurance company to verify my information after I told him that I had spoken to the insurance company myself concerning the dollar amount that I had to pay for my tires. Instead, I had to call for his Manager to get him to listen to me. He should have done what I ask him to do even if he didn't agree. His Manager had to make him listen to me then the process was completed. Shame on him, that was not good customer service. I thank you Manager Jeff Ridgway for making my process go smoothly. Please give Mr. Ridgway a big pay increase. I thank you kindly!! More
