Only Service department is good!!! I purchased a preowned 2018 E300 from a different dealer...for some reason..my park assistant was not working , Ms Carol was excellent ...she handled I purchased a preowned 2018 E300 from a different dealer...for some reason..my park assistant was not working , Ms Carol was excellent ...she handled it well..got me a loaner and i was in and out in a breeze.. after the job was done...since i was the first time owner for Mercedes Benz...wanted a small tutorial since i had never tried it before....there comes Mr Mike Manley...who is not even suppose to help me..very firm...with aggressive nature...explained some things but the rest he said...to go back to that dealer and learn from them...is this the way people working in Mercedes Benz perform...!!!! We are always greeted by David Gershman, who makes us feel warm and comfortable at the showroom. He showed us around and guided us through the available cars per our budget. I must say it's always a terrific car shopping experience. David is very informative and he answers every question of ours patiently and with passion. As an example, David provides an outstanding demonstration of all the features available in a vehicle of interest. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car dealer sales representatives just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet.
