We had good customer service from our sales representative as he demonstrated patience and feedback during the purchasing process. The only opportunity for improvement would be to ensure qualit representative as he demonstrated patience and feedback during the purchasing process. We hope there is nothing else that should have been topped off. We learned today that our vehicle does not have an air filter. Another opportunity for improvement. Disappointed! More

We bought the C300 Cabriolet using the Costco auto purchase program and Wilsonville M-B was the only Portland choice. So far, I am satisfied with their participation.
