We had good customer service from our sales representative as he demonstrated patience and feedback during the purchasing process. The only opportunity for improvement would be to ensure qualit representative as he demonstrated patience and feedback during the purchasing process. The only opportunity for improvement would be to ensure quality assurance on topping off vehicles. We are on day one and noticed that the coolant tank was not full. We hope there is nothing else that should have been topped off. We learned today that our vehicle does not have an air filter. Another opportunity for improvement. Disappointed! More

We bought the C300 Cabriolet using the Costco auto purchase program and Wilsonville M-B was the only Portland choice. So far, I am satisfied with their participation. Best interior/exterior detail! So please with how my car looks! They removed a summers worth of sap...living in the PNW has its perks, sap is not one.
