On 10-2-20 I was told my car would be there for a 2 hour service, but 4 hours later when I called since I had not heard anything, I was told they were running behind. It would have been nice if they called service, but 4 hours later when I called since I had not heard anything, I was told they were running behind. It would have been nice if they called me after 2 hours to let me know. When in the auto bay inside and in the service office, not all customers or staff had their face masks on. I noticed one staff member with no mask talking to one with a mask. Staff was attentive and helpful, but should enforce mask rules and let customers know when running behind. More

Service manager was unprofessional. Treated the customer very poorly. Wi-fi for customers was not functioning. I was told it had been down for a week. So as I waited I listened to a group of salesmen quar very poorly. Wi-fi for customers was not functioning. I was told it had been down for a week. So as I waited I listened to a group of salesmen quarreling about some FedEx document that was missing. Evidently they were unable locate the salesman who was responsible. The group spent an hour arguing about who should do something for the customer. No one wanted to even make the effort as I could tell to log on to the FedEx website and locate the documents. Reminds me of the typical lazy automobile salespeople I have experienced at other dealerships. I would expect more of a Mercedes-Benz group. Car was in for a recall airbag notice which had taken 8 months. For some reason the technician had ejected my SD card and had been listening to the radio. Also left mud on the floor mat. This dealership has significantly deteriorated to the point I would hesitate to do any business with them since I purchased my Mercedes three years ago. More
Everything was great as usual. One comment I would make is the way my service advisor treated one of his teammates. He asked the lot attendant to fetch my car. He stated “let’s get him off his butt”. Greeted inside when I dropped off car. Greeter was courteous and 6ft. Aware. Technical staff explained what would be done and when it would be done in a professional manner.
