Chris Kordas i checked out the website and found a car i was interested in, the following week i went into merchants nervous scared but determined. Chris Kordas was the salesman helping me and not only did he take the time to listen to me and help me find something reliable and affordable but he also had my back when i missed some details in singing paperwork and thank goodness for that because that tiny detail would of messed everything up. At the end of the day not only was comfortable with my decision but so excited to have a car only 2 years old and little fear of the future commitment i just made. I recommend merchants to anyone with less then perfect credit who is ready to make the stride to owning something not only new but safe and effective for you and anyone traveling with you. We lucked out walking in and meeting Rodney. He is extremely knowledgeable and listened intently to our needs. He was willing to work with us in any way possible to meet our needs. He was organized, efficient, and communicated clearly. The great experience did not end there! We were then introduced to the finance department. We met Gordon Lewis and were extremely pleased with this part of the sale. Gordon made the overwhelming and sometimes confusing terms of financing a vehicle clear. He answered our questions with great explanation that us "Non-Finance" people could understand. He shared personal stories that helped exemplify the extended warranty product. He made this part of the transaction actually enjoyable. He has a great sense of humor and we felt like we were spending time with an old friend. We will be return customers!!! More
