The process was so easy and painless and everyone is so incredibly personable. My 10 year old helped himself to popcorn and played bball to keep busy in the showroom while we signed.....all around great people, great experience. We will be Merchants customers for life. More

I met with Ryan Gendron after work on March 26 and he greeted me and made me feel welcomed from the start. I had an appointment to meet with "Scott" but luckily Ryan stepped in instead and made my entire time at Merchants Auto a less-than-stressful opportunity to express what I wanted, and what I needed. My 0 score concerned me from the start, however, Ryan made me feel like I had a 700. He got me into a great program for someone in my position and I drove off in a very nice car that evening. The car is nice. The price is nice. The payments are nice. However, meeting and working with Ryan was overall outstanding. The guy just knows what he's doing and is genuine in making any transaction anything but. I hope to deal with him again, and Merchants Auto, when the opportunity arises again for another auto or even to check in other opportunities. I'm happy with what I have and what I drive now.
