Mike A. was our sales consultant and he really helped us understand all the details of the financing, as well as the warranties and insurance. In fact, there was a discrepancy with our insurer, and Mike took the time to get it all worked out for us, and made sure we were completely taken care of!He was very patient with us and helped us along the whole way (we had no idea what we were doing when we walked in, so he was incredibly helpful!!) Scott was the man who worked out the fine details of the loan rate, and warranty. He was very knowledgeable and courteous with us as well. Now when it was time to set up our first oil change, Mike brought us over to Dennis in the service center. Dennis gave us his undivided attention the moment we walked through the door, and was very friendly and answered all of our questions about maintenance. Overall, we had an incredible experience, all of our questions were answered, and we drove away in a beautiful car...oh and the icing on the cake, we got a surprise TV!! The dealership proved itself. The sales consultant, Bob Donati, knew the product lines and CARFAXes of the cars we looked at. Steve Coimbria was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and got us through the financial peace smoothly. All of the staff went out of their way to make sure we were well served. Dennis Hemeon made sure we were properly scheduled for our first service and inspection (he sought us out!). The price we paid was in line with Fair Market value. Peter Phaneuf cheerfully helped out the next day when I called to make sure that my insurance had faxed my paperwork properly,. Straight up business practices. No hassles. No silliness.
