My experience was mixed so far. Robbie was nice and professional in his presentation and first impressions were definitely good. I came for a factory recall repair and this was my first time in this dealership for service. Robbie came and reported to me that I had "a bad oil leak", my oil level was low and he found oil all over on my motor. So he sold me a dye service to monitor where the oil was coming from. To me, a bad oil leak is nothing to trifle with and such a thing can destroy a motor quickly if not resolved. Yet he said to come back several days later to check the dye and ask me to watch for oil spots under my car meantime. There have been none. Not a drip. I did use a diagnostic OBD computer which said 'replace oil flow control valve' or something similar (have to refer to the printout). So I called for part two of the dye check (as I already paid for that in the beginning). Another man answered my call and had no idea what I was talking about and was also of a much lower quality attitude than Robbie. I didn't get his name. I asked if they could fit me in right then and it turned out not possible. Fair enough, but Robbie had suggested I try that. So he tells me to pick a day to drop the vehicle off and leave it all day. I answered that I'd rather wait with it because I don't want to rent a car for it. He then tried basically saying I had to leave it. For the dye check? That Robbie said could probably be squeezed in on a random try? He was actually going to leave off the conversation without letting me set an appointment and I had to speak up and say hey can't I set an appointment now? Then he did set it with me. It was pretty unsavory his attitude. I'm not sure if oil is even coming out anywhere because it never hits the ground. It may be burning or so slow from a gasket that it doesn't go far. Bad oil leak....ehhhhh... Kindof an exaggeration if you asked me. And punctuated by the non emergency attitude about the follow up kinda showing he knows this already. So we'll see what he says when it gets checked next week 🙄 More

I took my car in to have the recall taken care of. That was about 4 months ago. They said they had to order the part. They said it should be in the next day. I'm still waiting. ... No one answered the phone. I'm worried about driving to Florida. It's regarding my breaks. I wish they'd call so I can. Have this taken care of. More
