The story I was given about the noise coming from my steering wheel did not match was Aiden was telling me. First the technician took it for a drive heard something and got another technician to see if steering wheel did not match was Aiden was telling me. Then when I questioned Aiden because it was put on my service print out that 'no abnormal noises heard, could not verify concern' two different stories. Aiden then told me that they were checking the frame of the truck for the noise. These are obviously two different stories. I know I am a woman with truck with blond hair but I am not stupid!! This is not my first rodeo with a Ford truck. The inside door handle, steering wheel, and middle arm rest were cover in grease. To say the lest I am not happy. I was there over 2 and a half hours and all you heard was how far behind they were in the service department. More
