xxxx poor customer service. Metro had the car for an entire day and never called me to let me know the status. In the evening I take the bus to go pick up my car after trying to call and not being able to get a hold of anyone in the service department. I get to Metro and they tell me they were not able to do anything with my car because they could not get their computer to connect. What? All day and not bother to call the car’s owner? My thinking is that they wanted to force the replacement of the rack and pinion (2012 Fusion with electronic power assist steering) for $1700 and not do the reset for $150 (would’ve have been the second time since the issue started which I believe is related to mismatched tires which was recently corrected). Have an appointment at DePaula now for later in September. If the reset does not hold I know who will get the more lucrative work. More
Service Department was knowledgeable on issues my truck had. One part was in stock and the other needed to be ordered. Addressed all concerns that were written on my drop off envelope. 2 issues with the had. One part was in stock and the other needed to be ordered. Addressed all concerns that were written on my drop off envelope. 2 issues with the truck now after work has been done- 1- the power steering pump was replaced but the whine is still present 2- the pas tank filling neck must have a kink because I can not fill the tank with the pump handle squeezed all the way like I normally could.
