Troy in service is an amazing service writer. He went above and beyond in September of 2021 on locating a new motor for my 2016 Ford Fusion. Other dealers were saying they couldn’t get a new moto He went above and beyond in September of 2021 on locating a new motor for my 2016 Ford Fusion. Other dealers were saying they couldn’t get a new motor for 3 months. Troy had new motor in less than 2 weeks. 3 weeks later complete. Then in may of 2022 my transmission stopped working. As I said before other dealers weren’t able to get the job done so Troy again went above and beyond to replace my transmission in less than 3.5 weeks. I have bought 5 vehicles from Metro Ford and will continue to do so. I live an hour away but well worth the drive. Very satisfied overall with the dealership from Jt in finance Troy in service department and Matt in the parts department. Well done Metro👍🏻 More
