I purchased a vehicle from metro Ford and it wasn't a easy process I was disappointed with the entire process told them I wanted to put a deposit On my new vehicle and also told them I got approved t easy process I was disappointed with the entire process told them I wanted to put a deposit On my new vehicle and also told them I got approved to finance the vehicle as well the call me and said I need to speak with there finance agent couldn't get a good explanation why I need to speak with there finance agent when I did everything myself after that I spoke with the finance agent which his name is JT told him multiple times I don't need you run my credit score again when I know I got approved for finance and also told him he needs to change the amount I need to finance on bill agreement of sale instead he put the entire amount for the vehicle he was like it will be fine i took it to bank guess what I have to finance the entire thing and have to pay interest instead getting rewards on my credit card they are really pushy . Won't recommend any to this company More
