Your website hours have not been updated to reflect actual hours. I showed up at 7 am to wait an hour and needed an oil change and state inspection. I was told it would take 2 hours to complete the two tasks. I said I really needed to inspection so just do that and was told that would be at least 1 hour if we was going to be done right. Why call your business Quicklane service if it takes 2 hours. More
Greeted upon arrival. Service was started as scheduled. Job completed in a reasonable time frame. Representative came out an said job done and keys at the cashier. Cashier checked me out but was unable to give me the service report on how the battery was, the brakes etc.. She said the printer has been broken for a couple of days..I go out to get my car were the have been after service but it is not there. I go back in an ask were it is, and was told it was either in the first row on the side of the building or out back. So back out I go hunting for my car. Not the service nor customer service I expected. Will have to re think were i go for service the next time. More

AJ was helpful in deciding on the trim level of my new Maverick. He kept me informed as to the progress. When the truck came in he let me know right away. On the day of delivery AJ was very helpful making sure I knew how my new Maverick worked AMF in setting up my Bluetooth and FordPass. I left Metro Ford very happy.
