Extremely pleased with the service and work. I called at least 5 other places and all told me 3 to 4 weeks before I could even get an appointment. I’ve been going to this dealership for a while and every time I go in they take very good care of me and make sure that all my needs are met and I think they’re very fair with their pricing and how they bil time I go in they take very good care of me and make sure that all my needs are met and I think they’re very fair with their pricing and how they bill you with the stuff that’s covered if they can put it under insurance they go out of their way to make sure that the billing is done properly and they use your insurance to the best of its ability I’ve been to other dealers where they just say it’s not covered it’s gonna be cash in Metro Ford they seem to be able to get a lot of things covered that are covered at other dealers I think they go out of their way to make sure you’re getting the best value for your protected vehicle More
