My last visit was a disappointment as I had an issue with my vehicle that the tech had trouble identifying so tried to say it was my oil and it ended up taking time out of my work schedule 3 times to go back my vehicle that the tech had trouble identifying so tried to say it was my oil and it ended up taking time out of my work schedule 3 times to go back & forth, and they charged me $172 for a diagnosis fee, and it ended up being covered. I asked for the fee back and was told they would talk to the Manager about that. I received a check for $68? Not sure where that came from, I even had to pay for a rental for 1 night which was $195...this service call was costly when it ended up being covered. More
