The employees that I worked with in the body shop we're very friendly and professional. When I had to go up front the receptionist wasn't overly friendly. They replaced the bumper in my care after being re very friendly and professional. When I had to go up front the receptionist wasn't overly friendly. Service was quick but service attended who did the order in the front did was not pleasant. Didn't explain at all what was wrong with the car or even give me an update. When my vehicle was done he told me in the front did was not pleasant. Didn't explain at all what was wrong with the car or even give me an update. I had to ask what was the issue...I know it was covered under warranty buy he should know enough to communicate the problems with the customer. More
