Had an appointment for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. It took over 2 hours for this to be done. I was called and told every lug nut needed to be replaced in order for them to rotate tires at rotation. It took over 2 hours for this to be done. I was called and told every lug nut needed to be replaced in order for them to rotate tires at a cost of $100. I just had new tires put on in the fall and had a hard time believing every lug nut needed to be replaced. I said no and they did not rotate my tires. Long wait for having an appointment. More

The body work done on my car was good. However, it took too long. I was told once the work started it would take 1 1/2 weeks but it ended up taking 2 1/2 weeks. My rental insurance ran out so I had to pay for the rental. I asked about a loaner car but was told they only provided loaners for mechanical problems. When I dropped my car off at the body shop, they were arranging for a loaner for another customer, so I felt I was not told the truth. More
