Troy, Jay, and Eric are the dream team at Metro Ford and across Ford dealerships! They deserve praise and a Medal of Honor for how they turned a horrible situation into an amazing experience for my Ford Rap across Ford dealerships! They deserve praise and a Medal of Honor for how they turned a horrible situation into an amazing experience for my Ford Raptor which included black, white, and green mold under the carpet, in the cabin filter, and growing on the intake underneath. I appreciate them going the extra mile especially after my allergy report came back with a 6 out of 6 for all molds. Since having the truck back, my sinuses have cleared up and I have not had any issues moving forward. Truly appreciate them and keeping me up to date and doing the right thing for the customer.
