Team was able to fit me in with minimal notice, and completed work on the car quickly. This was a NYS inspection on an older car that was not purchased at Metro. I have a 2021 Ford F-150 leased from metro ford. Check engine light came on for cylinder #7 deactivation circuit malfunction and the motor wanted to keep shutting off. Being my only means of transportation to and from work and the need for 4 wheel drive I took it right in to have it looked at to be told nothing we can do for you, not even offering a loaner vehicle. The way the service advisors spoke to me being a paying customer was down right disrespectful. Would not recommend purchasing/leasing a vehicle from this dealer if this is the way the service department treats people! More
