Jennifer Gifford was outstanding sales person. She went to all ends to accommodate me. I had my dogs with me and she was so accommodating of the situation and was running back and forth between bu She went to all ends to accommodate me. I had my dogs with me and she was so accommodating of the situation and was running back and forth between buildings , because she gave us a place to stay while the sale was being processed. Jennifer wanted me to bring the dogs in said we are pet friendly , but I didn’t not feel comfortable with that. She even took my dog for a walk. Lol. The lounge she put me in mechanics were coming through stopped and were petting the dogs , they even went and got them bowl of water.Metro Ford was outstanding and all there staff I am 55 years old I have had many experiences of buying vehicles and never really a bad experience, but never a outstanding experience. I have told people of my experience and in more details of than is in this survey and they were impressed. Jennifer had a very positive attitude about the company and all the people that she works with. Which I don’t see a lot of now a days .
