Had a good experience overall. I ordered my Maverick in august of 21. When it arrived ford raised the price on the vehicle and some add on I ordered. There was a safety recall for my Ford Fusion. Metro got me in, and fixed my car, and all remaining recall items. It was completed before i expected. Work was done without an issue. But, There was no service advisor to explain the repairs. I paid and got my keys from the cashier and asked where my car was located.
