The experience in purchasing a 2022 Maverick went smoothly which generally would entail a "5" rating. However like many Ford dealers they opted to ignore the message of Jim Farley, Ford CEO regardin smoothly which generally would entail a "5" rating. However like many Ford dealers they opted to ignore the message of Jim Farley, Ford CEO regarding the retailing of the Maverick and instead threw on a $6,000 dealer invoice in addition to the MSRP which frankly looks grungy and destroys the positive message Farley is attempting to portray with this truck. It would be nice if Ford directed that the dealers could go no higher MSRP. I dealt with a sales person, Bob Sangelo who was very helpful and made the transaction go without a hitch. More
