Very good customer service very helpful and friendly the only complaint I have is I got a new edge a week ago and the ford app is not connecting and I can not start my car and now that is getting cold out I only complaint I have is I got a new edge a week ago and the ford app is not connecting and I can not start my car and now that is getting cold out I need it. The app has been down for a week now and I’m not too happy about it they tried to connect it when I picked the car up and it’s not working and it does not come with a built in car starter and I said ok as long as I start it from the app . So hope this gets taking care of soon or else I will return it I know you have a certain amount of days to do that . Also when I picked it up there was a quarter size chip on it they noticed so that has to get fixed my mine concern is the starter . Thank you. More

Everyone that we dealt with were respectful and courteous. We were kept informed on the progress on our vehicle and even though there were delays in getting parts due to the pandemic, they worked h courteous.
