Truck still has same problems as before all recalls were completed. Software update did not change “deadening” sound on startup as technician stated. The wait time was excessive. Seems like there is quite a bit of over booking of appointments. I was there for a simple routine maintenance and inspection, which took close to three hours. Excellent service. I was impressed by the ability to go out of the way to get me into a car I liked. They were able to hold the car for a small down payment until I was able to come in and test drive. Addi out of the way to get me into a car I liked.
