Always kept me advised as to where in the repair process they were at. Made sure to have another set of eyes look at my vehicle to ensure it was safe to drive until the body shop could work on it. My experience with Metro Ford started out a bit rough. I was at the end of my lease and started my initial communication via email. I was told that the questions I had could only be answered by a leasing sp was at the end of my lease and started my initial communication via email. I was told that the questions I had could only be answered by a leasing specialist in person. The woman who I was emailing had me set up a appointment to meet with her. I walked into the dealership, talked with the person at the reception desk. I told her who I was and that I had an appointment to speak with a certain individual. Reception let the person know that I was there and for me to take a seat. 45 min goes by, still haven't spoke with anyone. At this point I'm starting to get a bit angry and ready to walk out. I spoke with reception again, told them who I was looking to speak with and that I had an appointment. A few minutes goes by, I get set up with another salesperson. Pretty much the time spent emailing was a waste of time and had to start all over again, what I was looking to do, I was at the end of my lease, ECT. Never did speak with a leasing specialist. Almost left again when I was informed by the new salesperson that I couldn't do anything with my leased vehicle, couldn't buy it (myself or the dealership), trade it or turn it in 120 days before the end of my lease. I informed them that I had 9 days left before the end of my lease. After I took the new vehicle I was looking at for a test drive and came back, I don't know if the salesperson was misinformed about things with leasing but things started to smooth out after that. The salesperson did apologize, he was easy to work with, no pressure and I picked up my new vehicle the following afternoon. More
