Metro Ford treats you well to get the sale. The delivery/pick-up experience for us was an abomination. They had a full week to ready the vehicle for us, and 3 days prior to pick-up we provided delivery/pick-up experience for us was an abomination. They had a full week to ready the vehicle for us, and 3 days prior to pick-up we provided insurance, registration and titling info, and the vehicle was fully paid for at the time of the order (4 months prior). Upon our arrival at the dealership for pick-up the dealer installed options we purchased had not been done, our insurance company wasn’t called until we were in the showroom waiting, therefore the Dept of Motor Vehicle paperwork hadn’t been started either. After nearly 3 hours of waiting and watching our salesperson run around like a chicken with its head cut off, we were finally able to take delivery. What should have been a short and exciting transaction quickly became a frustrating, time wasting event. Apparently this dealership doesn’t care about the customer experience very much. We received a request from Ford Motor Company to fill out a survey regarding our experience. Accompanying the request was a note from the dealership asking us to contact the General Manager if we couldn’t rate our experience as ‘excellent’. We called the GM, left a message stating the reason for our call, and asked for a return call. It’s been over 2 weeks and we still haven’t heard from him. We don’t recommend this dealership if you want good customer service. More
