I brought my 2017 F3 50 in for service and at the time I bought the vehicle from Metro Ford in Schenectady the gentleman who sold me my warrantee promised me the world and every time I bring it in it’s not bought the vehicle from Metro Ford in Schenectady the gentleman who sold me my warrantee promised me the world and every time I bring it in it’s not covered for this or that I need my antenna replaced and I have the triple care plan which even states they cover antenna and brackets but they say It’s not covered when it states it is covered right in the pamphlet every time I bring the truck in for something they have an excuse and it takes forever to get anything done there really disappointed with them will not buy from them again I found out the man who sold me my warrantee was fired for lying to customers just to get them to sign More

Dealership emphasized their offer of a $100 for every referral we sent them after purchasing our new car. When a friend bought a new car they sent me a $100 gift card to their service dept. I expressed my discontent to management of why was I not given a $100 check and instead of this gift card . Why would I need a service credit when I just bought a car with 10 miles it ? They flatly told me that was policy and that is it .I assure you that was not what all the sales people said as they asked for our referrals as we left the dealership. Made me feel like someone trying to pull one over our eyes . I assure you nothing about this dealership special enough to refer them to any one else or continue to offer then any future business !
