Back in March, they sold me a defective car. That reality came to a head in July when I dropped the car off for body work (defective molding and plastic pieces throughout...the passenger side door was misali came to a head in July when I dropped the car off for body work (defective molding and plastic pieces throughout...the passenger side door was misaligned, back drivers side door was buckled) and service so they could address the check engine light, the defective door lock codes, the low tech bluetooth operation and the defective fuel tank release button. On July 9, when I checked in with service I was met with grunts and groans from neanderthals that seemed to barely be able to cobble together a full sentence. Thank god for Sue in the rental car area, who was able to act as liaison and I was able to get a bit of information. None of it good. I spoke to the service manager a few times. He was able to speak full sentences, but none of it helpful either and there my car sat for over 2 months. I tried to speak to the general manager, but instead I spoke to what appeared to be a little child, who probably has the job because his last name matches the owner of the establishment. Needless to say, that conversation did contain full sentences, but certainly didn't offer any information or help that would appease the distress of having purchased a $35k lemon. Thank god NYS has lemon laws that protect consumers from fraudulent sales establishments like Metro Ford. I have since initiated the NYS AG Lemon Law act and Ford is requiring the vehicle so I can purchase another car...specifically...ANYTHING BUT A FORD. The entire experience brings forth the old adage -- A Fish Stinks From Its Head -- so while the service technicians who worked on the car were hard working, honest (found a ring and returned it to me), the management (The head of the stinking fish), from the service manager to the general manager and the little Dariano boy acting as the sales manager, were terrible. It almost seemed like they were treating me like a piece of garbage because I am a woman, but I won't go that route, and instead will say they were treating me like garbage because they are incompetent and useless and are a classic team of C Suite Exec who are fortunate enough to share a blood line with or marry into the family who actually owns this dump. I don't know how they stay in business. I am looking forward to driving my new Honda CRV Fully loaded hybrid. I am also having some success with my own business and am ready to purchase a van for that business. The Transit van was my first choice, but obviously, I will take that $60K and look at other options, because there is no way, I will deal with Metro Ford again. And the terrible customer service made it so that I will never buy a Ford vehicle again either ...this was my third Ford Escape, and probably would have been the type to stick with that model for ever, but that's not the case today. Run the other way if you are considering Metro Ford. Seriously, run, fast. More

I waited just about 2 hours for an oil change, the service itself was fine however they used to offer a car wash with an oil change and that didn’t happen.
