May not be their fault but definitely understaffed, no drop off slips for service, none of the service advisors pick up the phone and a few don't even have voicemail boxes set up. In frustration I dialed the service manager who's phone ran twice before going to voicemail which makes me believe the call was ignored initially. With all this combined I had ZERO visibility on my vehicle which is frustrating as a customer. However, they did eventually call back and were apologetic, they did complete the work, and they did it well but customer service is lacking so for now I set my expectation low when I go there...
