I was on a cross country trip and needed my oil changed on my F350. I was informed that the quick lane was closed due to the lack of employees. I was there on a Thursday afternoon and required an appoint on my F350. I was informed that the quick lane was closed due to the lack of employees. I was there on a Thursday afternoon and required an appointment. I informed them I needed to be taken care of by Monday and they squeezed me in on Monday afternoon.
