They charged me an “on the road” charge for an OIL CHANGE! No other Ford dealerships In the area do that. Car needed parts and I could not test drive but as soon as car was fixed they were ready to let me test drive. Incredibly standoffish and pushy to make a deal when the car couldn't even be test drove. Luck as car was fixed they were ready to let me test drive. Very avg dealer. Finance guy never went over what I got for APR and why I was switched to another bank. If they don't have the exact csr yoyr looking for I wouldn't deal with them personally. More
