I dropped off my truck a day prior for replacement of rear shocks. Roger did a GREAT JOB accommodating the work needed with my schedule. However, I explained to the service rep (Not Roger) I would like m rear shocks. Roger did a GREAT JOB accommodating the work needed with my schedule. However, I explained to the service rep (Not Roger) I would like my rear camera looked at cause I’m seeing a blue screen. The service rep stated he entered it in the notes. My truck was there for 7 hours the day of my shocks which took 1 1/2 hours. I picked up my truck and Roger said the camera issue was not in the notes. Therefore the service rep failed this small task …. unreal! More
