The worst place I ever had to deal with.!!! The service department people are rude. They don't seem to care about ur vehicle or ur concerns about how it's running.!!! I was on a trip from Colorado to New York. I reached Cobleskill when my truck broke down. I called them at 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon to see what there availability to take a look at it. My issue was a time consuming one to figure out but they got me done as quick as they could. Not to mention the customer service was great. Rob was very patient with me even when i was not showing any. Would recommend definitely. More
