Troy... I was not happy with his service. He didn't want to help me after I mentioned I was normally a Fuccillo Lincoln customer that needed to do a Michelin tire warranty inspection. I bought a car from Metro Ford on line and it was a generally positive experience. They were responsive in returning calls and emails and have answered all my questions. The only down side to my experience was their use of a company called ATC for the out-of-state registration. A very unresponsive and SLOW moving company that should be avoided if at all possible.
