Efficient service scheduling and provided service within expected time-frame. Good communication with the service desk. Issues with my 2020 Fusion Titanium are a disappointment. Brakes pulsing at 15k is an indication that brake rotors are undersized or otherwise flawed. They turned the rotors. Still some pulse. We shall see. These are issues with Ford, not the dealer.
