I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance for 6/17 for my truck to be dropped off. They didn’t even look at it until the following Monday and I didn’t get my truck back for a week after that. They finally ga truck to be dropped off. They didn’t even look at it until the following Monday and I didn’t get my truck back for a week after that. They finally gave me a loaner truck on Wednesday. 2k later this problem fixed but still don’t have the backup camera I paid for last July! More

I am highly unsatisfied with my experience at Metro Ford and would not even use 1 star to rate the Dealership or Salesman Joe Camuglia Very High pressure and presuming. Very unfamiliar with the Super du and would not even use 1 star to rate the Dealership or Salesman Joe Camuglia Very High pressure and presuming. Very unfamiliar with the Super duty truck and its components. The sale went through only because of my loyalty to Ford as a product. There was a very strong potential to sell a 2017 - 2019 used ford sedan to my wife, however that potential sale was lost because she was not happy with the initial interaction I had. There was an extreme inability to listen to me as the customer and a failure to understand my needs. Lack of communication among sales associate and the administration and finance departments caused a nightmare when picking up the vehicle. As a loyal, lifelong Ford F250 owner who has bought several new vehicles through Ford and Ford Credit, I would not recommend this dealership and have already been warning others of it's sales tactics and my unpleasant experience.
