I was very disappointed with this visit. I had my car towed in at 8 AM to fix a coolant leak that I had brought it in to get six weeks prior (at the time was told they couldn’t find any leak, and was as towed in at 8 AM to fix a coolant leak that I had brought it in to get six weeks prior (at the time was told they couldn’t find any leak, and was asked if I had used a funnel to fill the coolant. Never mind the fact that coolant started pouring out bottom of my vehicle as soon as the reservoir was filled) I call has my car was being towed in and got voicemail. I called again a few minutes later and got voicemail. Several hours later I had still not heard from anyone. When I did actually speak to someone I was again transferred to voicemail. Eventually I was told that my voice messages for the service department we’re being left on one of the sales representatives phones. That representative did not bother ever returning my call. Finally, when it came time to check out the price was $100 more than what I had been told over the phone. This was a poor job by Metro Ford all the way around. More

I was very satisfied that my vehicle was finally taken care of as I was told the repair was going to be fixed in January. To my surprise I received a mailing from Metro Ford stating to bring my vehicle a care of as I was told the repair was going to be fixed in January.
