I was very unhappy with the service that I received from the men at this dealership. I found them to be racist, I also found them to think that a woman being black could not afford to purchase a car at the the men at this dealership. The financial person I believe his name was Bob or John was very rude disrespectful and very argumentative. I was told by the first young man that I thought it working with that the car was sold when the car was sitting right outside the door and after going in and speaking to the financial person he came back and told me that he’ll get back to me tomorrow if it’s not sold let me take it out for a test drive I fell in love with the car only to find out that the girl might be sold. The next day I dealt with another gentleman who only asked me for one form of financials when I had six different ones I had to say to him is one or you need after looking at the paperwork he says I don’t think you’re gonna be able to get the car you don’t make enough money and then I went in and spoke to the financial person and again he told me I couldn’t afford the car only to find out once they ran stuff through the bank but I’m not only could afford the car but I could afford it with no down payment. So yes I was very very very very unhappy with this dealership and I would not I repeat I would not recommend any of my friends family or associates to purchase from this dealership. The only thing that kept me going with this process was the fact that I fell in love with the car and the young ladies at the dealership with very polite and very professional they are the ones that kept me coming back if it wasn’t for them I would’ve gone somewhere else.
