My purchase experience was pleasant and enjoyable- with the front end staff being very attentive- my sales person Jennifer was the reason I came to this dealership and I was not disappointed- however serv the front end staff being very attentive- my sales person Jennifer was the reason I came to this dealership and I was not disappointed- however service was lacking- I noticed the tire pressure light was on with my test drive and nothing was done between down payment and pickup date (3 days)and this had to be done after 530 on the day I was scheduled to pick up- the service dept seemed more worried about closing than assisting me in a car that I was supposed to be already driving home in- Nick Saccone was very supportive during this time and assured me that I would have my new car or a Loaner to drive home- slight hiccup when I was getting ready to leave was smoothed easily by Bill Thorpe. Unfortunately an amazing sales person and front end not supported by service makes me hesitant to refer a friend or relative. More
